Refund policy

We have no return and no refund policy , However for size issue, wrong product received or damaged product received we can exchange your product/s with the same (subject to availability ) or other product/s.  We have a 4 -days exchange policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

Replacement / Exchange product will be delivered in 5-7 business days.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Video unboxing is compulsory in case of claiming wrong product received  / damage product.

If your exchange is accepted, we';; confirm you via mail or on your given contact number. Items sent back to us without first requesting for an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Few more Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards too.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to send back item for exchange you have, and once the courier is received by us and accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item after our confirmation on your email id or on your contact number.
